What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the enterprise market and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential enterprise clients, effectively communicating the value of Altruist's offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Altruist's technology and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials that resonate with enterprise clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance Altruist's visibility and establish connections within the financial services sector.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the financial services or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of wealth management and financial advisory processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
