About the role
You will own the end to end campus recruitment lifecycle for the U.S. region in partnership with commercial leadership. You will set and execute a talent story and sourcing strategy designed to attract world class entry-level candidates from universities across the country. You will hire, train, and directly manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators and Associates to scale high volume hiring. You will conduct first round interviews to assess candidate viability and shepherd progression through evaluation and offer stages. You will lead and develop strategic initiatives for early career talent while coaching junior recruiters on best practices. You will organize and participate in seasonal onsite and offsite recruitment events, including travel as required, to build university relationships.

What you'll do
Partner closely with commercial leadership to understand hiring needs and report on key metrics while training internal hiring managers on recruitment processes and effective candidate evaluation.
Set and execute strategy and pipeline development activities, including talent story development, recruiting events, marketing initiatives, and sourcing strategies to attract world class entry-level talent from universities across the U.S.
Hire, train, and manage Recruiting Coordinators and Associates to ensure coverage across priority segments and high-volume target attainment.
Delegate recruiting activities to team members as needed to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring goals without compromising quality.
Conduct first round interviews to determine candidate viability and support full candidate progression throughout the evaluation and hiring process for programs across the U.S. region.
Effectively educate candidates on the AlphaSights employee value proposition and available opportunities to build clear and compelling interest in joining the firm.
Organize and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events as needed, with seasonal travel requirements to engage students at universities and career fairs.
Identify areas of opportunity and participate in ad-hoc projects that advance the regional and global recruitment function and improve candidate experience.
Partner with marketing and talent acquisition stakeholders to refine job descriptions, assess channel effectiveness, and optimize conversion rates across university pipelines.
Analyze recruitment data and generate insights to iteratively improve sourcing, outreach, and interview strategies for continuous performance gains.
Build and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, career services, and alumni networks to strengthen the university talent pipeline.
Support the coordination of assessment centers, interview days, and evaluation sessions to ensure seamless candidate logistics and feedback loops.
Develop and implement training materials and playbooks for new recruiters to accelerate ramp time and ensure consistent execution.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in sourcing and hiring practices to build a vibrant community of people with varied backgrounds and experiences.
Requirements
Proven academic excellence evidenced by a Bachelor's or higher degree, and an undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above.
4+ years in campus recruitment or corporate recruitment/talent functions with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Prior training, supervisory, or managerial experience managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment.
Proven success in building and deploying early career recruitment strategies that deliver high quality candidate pipelines.
Ability to think strategically and garner support for ideas and initiatives across cross functional stakeholders and leadership.
Interest in identifying, engaging and converting premier talent through consultative conversations and relationship building.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment with competing deadlines and shifting demands.
Strong oral and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and engage with candidates, partners, and team members at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate assessments, data reporting, and compliance with process standards.
Dependability and interest in working and leading in a team-oriented environment that values collaboration, transparency, and ownership.

Start Dates Available: Immediate Start.
Engagement: Full-time.
Compensation: $110,000 fixed annual base salary, plus opportunity to earn performance based bonus (target 5-10%).
Location: New York.
This role may require seasonal travel to campus and career events.
