Key facts
What you'll do
Recruit niche experts across multiple sectors by identifying and qualifying individuals who hold proprietary knowledge relevant to specific client projects.
Understand complex project briefs and market dynamics, including the legal and regulatory frameworks that govern client operations and expert disclosures.
Own the project lifecycle from initiation through to final delivery, ensuring all milestones are met and client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Manage intricate scheduling and coordination of confidential client-expert calls, optimizing calendars to accommodate urgent requests and time zone constraints.
Maintain rigorous confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive corporate information and expert insights.
Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and experts, translating technical jargon into actionable business intelligence.
Utilize advanced search methodologies and analytical tools to map industry landscapes and uncover hidden expertise efficiently.
Monitor emerging market trends and competitor movements to provide context that enhances the quality of expert recommendations.
Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to streamline workflows and improve the overall associate experience for clients and experts.
Continuously refine your personal performance metrics by seeking feedback and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Contribute to the development of best practices within the Client Service team by documenting successful approaches and sharing insights with colleagues.
Requirements
You possess strong academic credentials, evidenced by an undergraduate degree classified as a 2:1 or above from a recognized institution.
You have demonstrated noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout your school and university years, showing impact and leadership beyond the classroom.
You bring relevant internship experience that has equipped you with commercial awareness and professional discipline.
You are fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia at a C2 level, and proficiency in additional foreign languages is highly valued.

Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong. The start date is aligned with annual recruitment cycles, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the role is filled. Associates are expected to work standard office hours with flexibility to accommodate occasional after hours calls and urgent deadlines. Travel is not required for this role.
