You will act as the primary communication bridge between our clients and globally distributed experts, translating complex briefs into precise expert queries and synthesizing insights for decision makers. This role requires you to operate with extreme ownership, managing multiple high-stakes workstreams under tight deadlines without constant supervision. You will leverage your multilingual capabilities to source and recruit niche experts across diverse sectors, ensuring the highest quality of knowledge transfer. You will be expected to rapidly develop deep business acumen by working across various industries and client types, exposing you to varied strategic challenges. Success in this position means you will directly influence the quality of insights our clients receive and the timeliness of their decisions. What you'll do
Recruit niche experts daily by identifying, qualifying, and securing insights from individuals with unique knowledge relevant to client projects.
Understand project requirements and market context, including the legal and regulatory environments in which clients and experts operate.
Take full ownership of project lifecycles, managing client-expert communications, scheduling calls, and ensuring seamless collaboration from kickoff to delivery.
Translate ambiguous client briefs into clear, structured expert queries that yield actionable and high-quality insights.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Source and evaluate expert profiles across diverse industries, ensuring a robust pipeline of knowledge for client projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for experts, maintaining relationships and ensuring their smooth participation in client engagements.
Coordinate logistics for expert calls, including time zone alignment, technical setup, and documentation of key discussion points.
Monitor project progress and flag risks early, proactively recommending solutions to keep deliverables on track.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes by sharing best practices and suggesting operational enhancements.
Support the development of team knowledge by documenting expert insights and outcomes for future reference and reuse.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in other teams to cross-sell expertise and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in all interactions with clients, experts, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Strong academic credentials, evidenced by an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above, demonstrating intellectual capability and consistency.
Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university, showing initiative, leadership, or impact beyond the classroom.
Relevant internship experience that has exposed you to professional environments and client facing responsibilities.
Fluent English is required to communicate effectively with clients and experts across all mediums.
Foreign language skills are desired, including but not limited to Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, and other languages that expand our reach.
