What you'll do

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with a 2:1 grade or higher.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills (C2 level).

- Total first-year compensation is between £48,500 and £57,500, including a £41,500 base salary and uncapped performance-based variable pay.

- Employees may work from home on Fridays.
- The role offers a defined progression path to Manager within 24-30 months and Vice President within approximately 5 years.
