What you'll do

You will map complex industries by sourcing experts with AI tools to identify precise knowledge that answers client questions. You will design intake processes that capture client needs, then coordinate expert outreach and call scheduling. You will conduct rigorous expert reviews to confirm relevance and frame insights for decision-makers. You will coordinate build activities with researchers to structure reports and knowledge products. You will champion review cycles that align client feedback, expert input, and quality standards. You will orchestrate ship preparations for research delivery, ensuring accuracy and deadline adherence. You will forge partner interactions that expand expert networks and strengthen client relationships. You will chase continuous improvement by testing new workflows and AI capabilities to improve professional output.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities include owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for client requests. You will use AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts. You will understand project and market context as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.

You will develop transferable commercial and client management skills spanning professional communications, negotiation, persuasion, project and time management. You will follow a clear career path for advancement to Manager after 24-30 months, and to Vice President after approximately five years. Successful completion of the Associate Program may qualify you for the MBA Tuition Program, which provides financial support toward the program cost of some of the top business schools worldwide.

Requirements

You hold strong academic credentials with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above and noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout school and university. You bring relevant internship experience to the role. You possess fluent English and Tagalog at C2 level; foreign language skills are desired. You are gritty, resilient, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen in a results-oriented environment. You thrive under pressure and enjoy using tech-enabled workflows to meet tight deadlines. You are prepared to regularly upskill on new tools and workflows, including those powered by AI, to improve your professional output.
