You will be responsible for owning the screening, negotiation, and booking of expert advisors, ensuring that every conversation aligns precisely with the client's specific needs and strategic objectives. Key facts
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant portion of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for client requests.
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts across diverse sectors and geographies.
- Understand the project and market context, including the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate, to ensure accurate positioning and compliance.
- Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, structured research briefs that guide experts to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Utilize tech-enabled workflows and emerging technologies to streamline research processes, improve data accuracy, and boost overall productivity.
- Proactively identify potential risks or gaps in expert profiles and adjust sourcing strategies to secure the most suitable advisors for each engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine search criteria, share feedback, and enhance the overall client and expert experience.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and interactions to ensure transparency and support future reference or audit requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying best practices and suggesting enhancements to workflows, tools, and client touchpoints.
Requirements
- Strong academic credentials with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above, demonstrating intellectual rigor and academic excellence.
- Noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout school and university that highlight leadership, initiative, or community impact.
- Relevant internship experience that has provided exposure to professional environments and commercial operations.
- Fluency in English and Thai is required at a C2 level, with foreign language skills in additional languages being highly desirable.
- A demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments where adaptability and quick thinking are essential.
- A client-first mindset that prioritizes relationship-building, trust, and long-term client satisfaction.

This is a permanent position based in Hong Kong. The role involves significant phone usage and may require travel to meet clients or experts as needed.
