Requirements
- Bachelor degree with no prior work experience required.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.3 or a 2:1 degree equivalent.
- Demonstrated excellence in extracurricular activities during secondary school and university.
- Proven interest in the business sector through relevant internships.
- Professional fluency in English, evidenced by a score of at least 550 on CET-4/6, 6.5 on IELTS, or 320 on GRE.
- Native-level Mandarin proficiency.

Practical notes
- Total first-year compensation ranges from 304,000 RMB for average performance to 406,700 RMB for top performance, consisting of a 192,000 RMB base salary plus uncapped performance-based incentives.
