You must be fully present, committing to 5 days a week in the office to build the energizing momentum the company needs. As the bridge between consulting sharpness and execution obsession, you will lead the end-to-end launch of the company's most critical missions. Ultimately, you will own the strategic partnerships and operational frameworks that turn raw concepts into functioning, scalable revenue streams.

What you'll do
- Launch & Build Ventures: Spearhead strategic ventures from scratch, transforming raw concepts into functioning, scalable revenue streams that align with Almedia's growth goals.
- Execute CEO Missions: Drive the execution of high-priority missions directly with our leadership team, using rapid testing and data-based decisions to move from strategy to reality.
- Own Strategic Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for the world's biggest advertisers, managing high-level expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Scale Operational Frameworks: Develop whitepapers and innovative scaling methodologies to improve internal processes and company-wide efficiency in collaboration with R&D leads.
- Lead Cross-Functional Sprints: Coordinate workshops and lead execution across departments to ensure initiatives are delivered without delay and reach our high quality standards.
- Translate founder vision into actionable plans: Convert abstract concepts into concrete strategies that can be implemented immediately by multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage high-stakes client portfolios: Act as the main liaison for key advertiser relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention at the highest level.
- Drive data-informed decision cycles: Utilize deep analytical rigor to iterate on ventures quickly, maximizing learning and impact in the AdTech landscape.

Requirements
- Experience in Venture Building: Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations, specifically taking initiatives from zero to one.
- Data Fluency & Analytical Rigor: Deep proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets to drive strategic insights and business decisions.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Innovation Methodology Expertise: Proficiency in applying frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to solve ambiguous business challenges in the AdTech space.
- Full-time availability in New York: Must be able to commit to the standard full-time schedule as defined by the role.
