About the role

You own the leadership and organizational management of client programming within a center-based early intervention environment. You own the development of individualized treatment plans and the communication of client progress to your interdisciplinary team. You own the leadership of intake meetings with new clients and their families while guiding the clinical direction of the program. You own the training and supervision of an average caseload of clients and direct behavior technicians on a daily basis. You own the provision of direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as clinically necessary to ensure treatment integrity. You own the collaboration with other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive care and uphold treatment excellence. You own the development of parent training goals and the facilitation of meetings to empower families. You own the maintenance of strict client confidentiality and adherence to all HIPAA protocols. You own the attendance of scheduled team meetings and the ongoing pursuit of professional growth.

What you'll do

• Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals and progress with your team of Behavior Technicians.
• Meet weekly billable hour requirement to ensure productivity and client progress.
• Lead intake meetings with new clients and families to gather history and establish treatment goals.
• Conduct and score initial and ongoing cases using appropriate tools, including administering standardized outcomes measures such as the Vineland and CBCL in partnership with client families.
• Train and supervise an average caseload of 6 clients and Technicians at capacity to maintain quality service delivery.
• Provide supervision for BCBA and BCaBA candidates to support their professional development and compliance requirements.
• Develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings to build caregiver capacity and consistency.
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists to coordinate the therapy of shared clients and align intervention strategies.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessary to address specific behavioral and skill-building targets.
• Attend team meetings as scheduled to ensure alignment across disciplines and program goals.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality following HIPAA protocol to protect sensitive information.
• Maintain open communication with families and clinical teams to ensure the most effective treatment and goal attainment.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required.
• BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Valid state licensing for location(s) of practice required.
• BLS Certification (or willingness to complete training course upon hire) required.
• Ability to be on-site from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Must submit to a federal, state, and county background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not currently under investigation by any licensing board.
• Must demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills and cultural competence.

Nice to have

• Experience working with children with autism in a center-based setting.
• Experience with Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales and CBCL administration.
• Experience providing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and trainees.
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration in school or medical settings.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and CEU acquisition.

Practical notes

• This is a full-time center-based position with guaranteed semi-monthly paychecks regardless of client cancellations.
• The role involves a mix of both supervision and 1:1 direct client work.
• In-house CEUs and professional development opportunities are provided.
• An annual CEU stipend of $1,000 is available for eligible professionals.
• Loan forgiveness and tuition assistance up to $21,000 may be available.
• Monthly billable hour bonus eligibility is offered.
• Exclusively center-based work is required.
• Candidates must be able to start within the timeframe specified during the interview process.
• Travel is not required as the position is based at a single center location.
• This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
