What you'll do
- Lead the strategic planning process to boost client growth, retention, and revenue through comprehensive data analysis and insights.
- Conduct business reviews and planning sessions where you will present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Mentor and develop a team comprising Growth Managers, Analysts, and Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase client investment by showcasing value and projecting future potential.
- Work closely with Paid Media, Business Development, and Account teams to ensure alignment between client strategies and Gummicube's service offerings.
- Establish and refine operational workflows and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize various analytics and attribution platforms to guide strategic decisions and optimize client outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive reports that track client performance and highlight areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic direction and client recommendations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in growth marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Engage in regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a leadership role focused on client strategy, account management, and team oversight.
- Proven experience managing annual media budgets of over $1 million or handling equivalent portfolio responsibilities.
- A track record of successfully increasing revenue, client expenditure, or overall portfolio value.
- Ability to effectively present performance data and strategic initiatives to executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of essential digital marketing metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), retention rates, incrementality, and attribution.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing campaigns on platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or Google App Campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused, and remote work environment.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through on projects and initiatives.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO), app store analytics, or mobile conversion optimization techniques.
- Previous experience working with enterprise clients or within agency settings.
- Knowledge of Gummicube's proprietary tools, as well as experience with app store platforms like the App Store and Google Play.
- Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop actionable plans for various stakeholders.
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and linking marketing strategies to overarching business goals.
- Interest in or experience utilizing AI tools for productivity and analytical purposes.

Practical notes
- This position is fully remote, with the potential for up to 10% travel required.
- The starting salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $145,000 USD annually.
- Compensation includes stock options as part of the overall package.
