About the company
AirGarage is an American parking management company that partners with real estate owners to operate their parking lots and garages. The company handles daily operations for property owners who want to generate revenue from parking assets without managing them directly. Services include enforcement, payment collection, and customer support. The team works with a range of property types including residential buildings, office parks, and retail centers. The company has developed a license plate recognition camera system to automatically detect when vehicles enter and exit. This technology replaces traditional gate arms and ticket machines. Cameras capture plate data at entry and exit points. Software matches the reads to calculate stay duration and process payments. The system allows drivers to pay by phone or web without stopping at a kiosk. Property owners receive real-time occupancy data and revenue reports through a dashboard. AirGarage aims to reduce the friction and overhead common in traditional parking operations. The platform automates enforcement by flagging unpaid vehicles for citation or tow. It also supports dynamic pricing that adjusts rates based on demand. The company manages the full lifecycle of a parking transaction from arrival to payment reconciliation. This approach helps owners maximize asset value while lowering operating costs. The business continues to expand its network of managed locations across the United States.
