Join Airgarage as a Sales Development Representative and become a vital part of our sales pipeline. You will connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce them to Airgarage's innovative parking solutions. This role offers extensive coaching and development opportunities within a fast-paced startup environment. You will be responsible for initiating the first conversations that turn overlooked parking assets into revenue streams, acting as the primary voice for Airgarage in the market. The position requires a high level of discipline to manage a full sales cycle from identification to meeting booking. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our product offerings and the parking professionals who need them most. Success in this role means directly impacting the company's growth by building a robust and scalable sales pipeline.

Compensation: Base + OTE $90K, Offers Equity, Offers Commission
What you'll do
- Identify and research potential clients using tools like Reonomy, Crexi, and Zoominfo to understand parking asset ownership.
- Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages to introduce Airgarage's value.
- Conduct qualification conversations to assess client needs and determine if Airgarage is a good fit.
- Schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives, providing them with detailed prospect information.
- Share feedback from client interactions with internal teams to help refine processes and training.
- Utilize strategic research methodologies to map out key decision-makers within target organizations in the parking and mobility sector.
- Execute a high volume of outbound campaigns via cold calling and email to meet and exceed daily and weekly activity goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to iterate on messaging and improve response rates over time.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between generated leads and the overall positioning of Airgarage solutions.
- Maintain meticulous records of all communications and pipeline activity within Salesforce to ensure transparency and forecast accuracy.
- Identify and penetrate new vertical markets by adapting outreach strategies to different parking management scenarios.
- Act as a subject matter expert on parking data and market trends to provide insights that support the sales narrative.
- Work closely with the product team to relay market feedback that can influence future feature development.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning the intricacies of the parking industry to better communicate the value proposition.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exceed goals, and conduct thorough research and customer interactions in a previous role.
- A strong growth mindset, self-accountability, and adaptability to a dynamic startup setting.
- Proficiency in strategic research, comfort with outbound cold calling, and receptiveness to coaching.
- Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach is strongly preferred.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to a permitted US location where Airgarage operates.
- Must possess the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding numerical quotas in a previous sales or business development capacity.
- Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats to get the job done in a fast-moving environment.
- Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with C-level stakeholders and technical professionals alike.
- Must be able to manage a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Must be comfortable with technology and have the ability to quickly master new software applications.
- Must be coachable and willing to incorporate feedback to continuously improve sales techniques.
- Must be a self-starter with the discipline to manage their time effectively without direct supervision.

- Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach is strongly preferred.
Practical notes
- This is a remote-first position, but requires approximately 6 weeks of travel annually for company offsites, new location support, and onboarding sessions.
- Team members can work remotely from US time zones.
