In this pivotal role, you will be the key advocate for the office atmosphere, merging elements of hospitality, facility management, and cultural engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the workspace serves as a vibrant and efficient hub for both employees and visitors, acting as the main point of contact for everyday operations.

What you'll do
- Supervise the daily operations of the office to foster a welcoming environment that embodies the company's core values.
- Coordinate with on-site vendors, including catering, facilities management, and event partners, to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Spearhead local engagement initiatives and assist in organizing offsite meetings, leadership visits, and strategic gatherings.
- Collaborate with various teams such as IT, Security, and Talent Acquisition to create a cohesive and efficient workplace.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to regional Office Managers to uphold consistent operational excellence across locations.
- Analyze employee feedback and office usage patterns to proactively identify areas for service enhancement.
- Create and maintain operational playbooks that ensure scalable and replicable office experiences for all employees.
- Implement best practices in workplace operations to drive employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing and refining office processes.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure that workplace needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities that promote community and collaboration within the office.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience in workplace operations, hospitality, event management, or employee engagement.
- Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive programs or operational experiences from start to finish.
- Experience in overseeing vendors, service delivery teams, or operational partnerships effectively.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to cultivate relationships across various levels of leadership.
- Proven ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Capability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution of daily tasks.

- Experience in supporting cultural programming, community-building initiatives, or employee engagement strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with workplace wellness programs or initiatives that promote employee well-being.
- Previous involvement in sustainability efforts within the workplace environment.
