About the role
You will lead the strategy and execution for identity verification systems that underpin trust across the Airbnb platform. You will own the end to end lifecycle of identity products from discovery through launch and optimization. What you'll do
- Define the product roadmap for identity verification technologies, flows, and new features.

Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years of specific experience in identity and trust-related domains.
- Demonstrated ability to own roadmaps for technically complex systems.
- Knowledge of global identity standards and emerging trends.
- Expertise in using data for business analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Experience pitching complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
