This group owns the world-class technology, architecture, and solutions that power Airbnb's global community support operations. The products and solutions developed by this team support customers, front line agents, and business process operations. They represent a primary driver in enabling Airbnb's core business. Within CS Eng, the Agent Core Products team is seeking a Senior Engineer to help lead key initiatives. The team is responsible for building the core software that empowers support agents globally. The work directly shapes the agent experience and influences the quality of service delivered to guests and hosts.

What You'll Do

You will analyze complex agent workflows and design frontend solutions that reduce handling time and improve resolution rates. You will partner with product managers to define feature specifications that align with community support strategies. You will translate business requirements into technical frontend architectures using JavaScript and TypeScript. You will build reusable component libraries that ensure consistency across the agent console. You will collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces that optimize for usability and accessibility. You will work with backend engineers to define and implement server-side APIs that efficiently serve frontend needs. You will integrate AI-powered features into the agent interface, enhancing human agent capabilities with machine learning insights. You will write comprehensive tests and establish automation to ensure the stability and reliability of the application. You will monitor application performance and implement optimizations to deliver fast and reliable experiences. You will contribute to technical design discussions that shape the long-term vision of the agent product suite.

Requirements

Experience: You bring six plus years of experience building production interfaces with proof of owning features end to end. You must have proof of owning features end to end across multiple squads.
