You will manage technical account relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable travel solutions that meet strategic objectives. The position requires a deep understanding of API integrations and travel distribution mechanics to ensure seamless operations. You will oversee connection performance, including new builds, upgrades, and maintenance of inventory, rates, and availability across multiple platforms. This role demands analytical thinking to transform complex data into actionable insights for process optimization. You will act as a technical advisor to translate partner business goals into precise functional requirements and technical specifications. The position involves automating workflows to increase efficiency, scalability, and reliability of integration processes. What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end technical account operations for key B2B partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service level agreements.
• Oversee connection performance, including new builds, upgrades, and maintenance of inventory, rates, and availability to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.
• Partner with product managers to define business requirements, prioritize feature development, and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Automate manual workflows to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance scalability of integration processes across travel distribution channels.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues proactively and respond to incidents swiftly to maintain stable operations and minimize partner impact.
• Act as a technical advisor to translate partner business goals, challenges, and needs into detailed functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions that meet strategic business outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in travel distribution to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Document technical processes, integration workflows, and system configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of API integrations and data flows to ensure compliance with partner standards and internal policies.
• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new travel distribution solutions and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business priorities and market demands.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on integration best practices and tools to enhance overall capability.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor degree in a quantitative field, engineering, or computer science from an accredited institution.
• Bring 4-6+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical account management within the tech or travel sectors.
• Demonstrate proven ability to use data and analytics to inform business strategy and drive decision-making processes.
• Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Exhibit demonstrated problem-solving skills and a self-starting approach to project completion and issue resolution.
• Have practical experience with API integrations, data transfers, and system connectivity challenges in distributed environments.
• Show proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and managing large data sets effectively.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization tasks.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Have a solid understanding of travel distribution systems, B2B connectivity models, and hospitality technology landscapes.
