You will oversee the evolution of loyalty experiences designed to increase engagement for our white-label partners and expand our global platform. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle while working with executive leadership to drive growth and strategic initiatives. You will analyze market dynamics and competitive pressures to identify opportunities for differentiation in the loyalty space. The position requires a strategic thinker who can balance quantitative rigor with creative problem-solving. You will act as the primary product owner for key loyalty modules impacting partner performance and retention. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be central to defining and delivering on the product vision. Your work will directly influence how global travel brands build long-term relationships with their customers.

What you'll do
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and market trends to uncover new growth avenues for loyalty programs.
- Establish product strategy and define success metrics using quantitative analysis.
- Translate user needs into actionable roadmap items.
- Manage end-to-end product development from initial concept to launch and optimization.
- Execute experiments to measure impact, test performance, and iterate on features.
- Create efficient processes and technical solutions to improve organizational output.
- Coordinate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Legal departments to deliver travel solutions.
- Communicate vision and go-to-market plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Solve complex loyalty challenges by working across various regions and functional areas.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior to inform product decisions and feature enhancements.
- Partner with data teams to build dashboards and reports that track product health and performance.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on priorities and product direction.
- Maintain a clear understanding of industry benchmarks to ensure product competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Demonstrated success in using analytics and quantitative methods to guide decision-making.
- Strong data proficiency.
- Bias for action to generate business value for partners and Rocket Travel by Agoda.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in product development and launching new features.
- Experience managing global product vision, design discussions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to break down complex problems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from Agoda.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in a data-driven environment.
- Experience working with enterprise-level stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs or travel ecosystems is strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings and industry events.

This role is based in Chicago, Illinois and requires authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
