This position sits within the Supply department, acting as a central hub for project management and operational structure. You will work directly with senior leadership to coordinate high-stakes initiatives and build governance processes from the ground up. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving complex cross-functional projects and risk management.

What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end coordination for high-stakes, cross-functional workstreams, ensuring visibility and driving issues to resolution.
- Monitor internal and external inputs to detect country-level risks and operational exposures.
- Create concise risk reports and briefings for C-level executives.
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures for risk monitoring and incident response.
- Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders at the Director level and above to drive decision-making.
- Lead project management for Supply initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-mortem analysis.
- Organize and facilitate leadership cadences, such as steering committees and quarterly business reviews.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers to provide senior leadership with clear status updates on progress and blockers.
- Improve team operations by creating templates and using AI-assisted tools to automate reporting and tracking.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, consulting, strategy, or a C-level office environment.
- Bachelor or Master degree in business, operations, or project management.
- Proven background in risk management, compliance, or PMO functions.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to build workflow tools or dashboards.
- Ability to design and roll out governance frameworks and SOPs from scratch.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to senior leadership.
- High proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint for executive reporting and Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter capable of operating in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with risk frameworks or incident management.
- Analytical skills to generate insights from large datasets using BI tools and databases.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Background in the OTA or hotel industry.
