What you'll do
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring needs with business goals and organizational structure.
- Manage full-cycle executive searches, including sourcing, market mapping, assessment, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain long-term talent pipelines for future succession planning.
- Perform rigorous assessments based on capabilities and company values.
- Handle confidential searches and complex hiring scenarios with discretion.
- Provide data-driven insights regarding talent markets, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks.
- Advise and coach leadership on interviewing techniques and hiring decisions.
- Drive recruitment projects aimed at improving hiring standards across the company.
- Conduct comprehensive market scans to identify emerging talent trends and competitive threats.
- Synthesize feedback from hiring managers to refine position requirements and selection criteria.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple time zones.
- Evaluate candidate potential through structured methodologies and behavioral interviewing.
- Partner with HR operations to ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment within a high-growth tech company or a top-tier search agency.
- Demonstrated success in hiring senior leaders and executives in scaling environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build professional relationships.
- Background in either in-house executive talent acquisition or executive search firms.
- Proven experience managing confidential and sensitive searches at the executive level.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while managing a high volume of opportunities.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing C-level and VP-level leadership capabilities.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality in all hiring activities.
