What you'll do

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align employee relations strategies with broader business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong communication channels between employees and leadership to promote trust and transparency.
- Support the implementation of organizational changes by advising on the employee relations implications of restructuring or policy shifts.
- Monitor local and international employment legislation to ensure that Agoda's practices remain compliant and competitive.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related discipline, providing a foundational understanding of employment principles.
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in HR Business Partnering or Employee Relations, demonstrating a proven track record in the field.
- Proven expertise in employment law, workforce reductions, and managing complex employee relations issues, with a history of successful outcomes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, ensuring clear and professional communication with all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations, or the ability to quickly adapt to the local legal environment in Bangkok.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity.
- Experience in conducting fair and thorough investigations, adhering to principles of natural justice and due process.
- Capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines.
