About the role
We are seeking a senior professional to join our People Development and Performance team based in Bangkok. In this role, you will analyze intricate organizational dynamics and complex people data to design targeted strategies that measurably improve employee engagement, capability, and performance across our global operations. You will own the end-to-end consulting process for high-impact initiatives, translating ambiguous business challenges into clear people strategies and execution plans. The position requires you to act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, challenging assumptions and co-creating solutions that align organizational culture with business objectives. You will leverage deep expertise in organizational psychology and change management to drive sustainable improvements in team effectiveness and operational performance. This role demands intellectual curiosity, strong analytical rigor, and the ability to synthesize diverse information streams into compelling narratives for decision-makers. You will be instrumental in building the internal capabilities of our HR and management teams, ensuring they have the tools and insights to lead effectively. Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering measurable impact on our people metrics and contributing to the long-term health of our global organization.

What you'll do
- Partner with senior leadership to deconstruct complex business problems and architect organizational structures and culture initiatives that directly support strategic goals.
- Employ advanced data analysis techniques to interrogate multi-source datasets, identifying nuanced trends in attrition, performance, engagement, and employee sentiment.
- Synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative research to formulate and present actionable, evidence-based recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Design and implement scalable methods and frameworks for building organizational capability, moving beyond standard training to sustainable performance solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostic assessments of team health and dynamics, advising managers on targeted coaching and interventions to elevate team effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on people operations, ensuring all programs, policies, and processes maintain rigorous compliance and proactively minimize regulatory risk.
- Utilize sophisticated data visualization and storytelling techniques to translate complex talent metrics and behavioral data into clear, accessible narratives for leadership.
- Lead the design and deployment of targeted change management interventions to ensure high adoption and minimal disruption during organizational transitions.
- Challenge existing paradigms by conducting thorough analyses of organizational design principles and recommending improvements to structures, roles, and processes.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure collaboration and alignment on people strategy priorities.
- Develop standardized methodologies and toolkits for organizational diagnostics and capability building to ensure consistency and efficiency across regions.
- Monitor the impact of implemented initiatives through defined key performance indicators, iterating based on feedback and outcome data.
- Act as a catalyst for data-driven decision making within the People function, promoting a culture of evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of best-in-class people strategies that enhance Agoda's employer brand and support long-term business resilience.
Requirements
- Possess 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting, strategic consulting, or talent management within a multinational firm, with a focus on organizational and people issues.
- Hold an Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and intellectual capability.
- Exhibit a strong ability to translate complex business objectives and challenges into practical organizational design, process improvements, and operating models.
- Bring direct experience in key HR areas such as compensation, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development to inform holistic solutions.
- Have a proven track record of independently researching, analyzing, and presenting complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tight deadlines and prioritize tasks methodically without sacrificing quality.
- Operate with a high level of professional discretion, integrity, and ethical judgment when handling sensitive information and navigating complex organizational politics.
- Show genuine comfort and adaptability working effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across diverse locations.
- Communicate with precision and impact, both verbally and in writing, tailoring messages for diverse audiences including executives, managers, and individual contributors.
