Associate Manager, Customer Marketing
Job description
About the role
Agoda is seeking analytical professionals to join our Performance Marketing team in a capacity focused on strategic execution and data-led decision making. In this role, you will own the planning and optimization of data-heavy marketing programs across global channels to drive growth and improve customer lifetime value. You will act as the analytical backbone for our performance initiatives, ensuring that every campaign is grounded in rigorous quantitative assessment. The position requires comfort with complex datasets and the ability to translate raw numbers into clear, actionable strategies for senior stakeholders. You will work within a fast-paced, international environment where agility and precision are essential. Success in this role will be measured by your capacity to design, test, and refine marketing efforts that deliver scalable and sustainable results. You will be expected to challenge assumptions with evidence and to build robust frameworks that support long-term business objectives.
