What you'll do
- Orchestrate and supervise search engine marketing initiatives on platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver, focusing on iterative testing of bidding strategies and architectural refinements to ad groups.
- Deploy and refine display advertising campaigns across major social media ecosystems, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to enhance audience targeting and message resonance.
- Engineer sophisticated data processing workflows to construct advanced optimization models, translating disparate inputs into coherent strategic frameworks.
- Design and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to account management teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth diagnostic analyses to isolate performance variances, identifying root causes and proposing corrective measures to improve campaign efficiency.
- Synthesize high-volume marketing datasets to uncover emergent trends, translating complex statistical findings into narratives accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree or higher in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science, earned from a top-tier university.
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of professional experience within investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or strategy and business operations at a high-growth global technology firm.
- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Excel, coupled with strong numerical reasoning abilities essential for handling complex quantitative problems.
- Exhibit fluency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication across global teams and stakeholders.
- Have hands-on experience with data analysis tools or database languages, including but not limited to Python, R, SAS, SPSS, SQL, or VBA.
