We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join our team in the United Kingdom. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary architect of the contract journey for our UK client base. You will own the entire engagement lifecycle, guiding projects from initial discovery through long-term expansion within a data-centric operational environment. This position is a full-time role based in the United Kingdom. The compensation package includes a base salary of 70,000 GBP, with an On Target Earnings (OTE) target of 90,000 GBP.
Key Responsibilities
A central duty of this role is mapping stakeholder needs to confirm strategic alignment before any system configuration occurs. You will design flexible workflows within our Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP) to solve specific commercial challenges. A significant part of your contribution will involve coordinating demonstrations that highlight intelligent features while simultaneously gathering immediate feedback for ongoing refinement. You will guide implementation teams through setup phases, ensuring strict alignment with client timelines and expectations. Driving platform adoption is a key focus, which involves tracking usage patterns and actively removing barriers to utilization. You will translate business requests into precise system rules, making complex structures understandable for non-technical audiences. Collaboration with legal and sales experts is essential to balance the need for flexibility with robust risk management standards. also, you will document each engagement phase meticulously, creating a clear record that allows future teams to understand decisions and build incrementally upon past work. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging assumptions to uncover deeper requirements that align with the platform's capabilities. You will leverage data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization within the contract lifecycle.
Requirements
To be considered, you must bring three years of experience in solution roles within regulated or complex markets. You must possess the ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical staff, adjusting your language and approach for each audience. The role demands the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meeting firm deadlines. A fundamental understanding of how data structures influence system behavior and user adoption outcomes is required. You must be comfortable operating in a matrixed environment where priorities shift and agility is essential for success. The position requires a proactive mindset, as you will often need to anticipate client needs and provide solutions before they are explicitly requested. You must have a proven track record of translating ambiguous problems into structured, solvable components.
