• Support 3-4 Account Executives and multiple customer opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Guide customers through the evaluation process, confirming Webflow aligns with their objectives and technical needs.
• Conduct in-depth discovery, design solutions, perform technical validation, and assist with business case development.
• Present compelling demonstrations showcasing how Webflow resolves customer challenges.
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials when appropriate.
• Advocate for customer needs to influence product development.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that advance Webflow's mission.
• Travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role.
• Ability to drive a consultative approach and assist customers with problem-solving.
• Aptitude for creative problem-solving, including the application of AI.
• Strong storytelling skills demonstrated in discovery and product demonstrations.
• Understanding of APIs and web programming languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, supporting teammates.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation abilities.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Proactive curiosity and openness to growth, including embracing AI and new technologies.

• United States: Zone A $178,000 - $210,000 USD; Zone B $166,500 - $196,000 USD; Zone C $156,500 - $184,000 USD.
• Canada (ON & BC): $174,500 - $205,000 CAD.
• Compensation may include equity, company bonus, sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
