About the role
Adonis is on the lookout for a Head of People to spearhead our talent management strategy, oversee recruitment initiatives, and manage the entire employee lifecycle. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating the necessary frameworks and infrastructure to facilitate the growth of our organization while serving as a trusted advisor to our executive leadership team.

What you'll do
- Design and implement comprehensive programs for employee onboarding, performance evaluations, career progression, and retention strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- Lead the complete recruitment strategy, which encompasses headcount forecasting and the hiring of leadership roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and sustain scalable People operations, including the development of HR systems, policies, and the management of benefits administration.
- Offer strategic advice to leadership on matters related to organizational structure, workforce planning, and overall team health to foster a productive work environment.
- Create a data-driven framework to monitor key metrics such as hiring funnels, employee turnover rates, and performance indicators, enabling informed decision-making.
- Train and mentor managers to facilitate consistent feedback mechanisms, effective goal-setting practices, and team development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the People strategy aligns with the broader business objectives and culture of the organization.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all employees feel valued and engaged.
- Manage employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring that all matters are handled with discretion and sound judgment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management to continually enhance our People strategy.
- Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction, utilizing surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in leadership roles within People operations, recruitment, or HR business partnership, demonstrating a strong background in these areas.
- A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth company environments, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
- Experience in building HR systems and recruitment processes from the ground up, demonstrating innovation and strategic thinking.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and coaching staff to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent business acumen, with the capability to align talent strategies with financial and operational objectives effectively.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and sound judgment, ensuring a respectful and professional approach.
