About the role
Adonis is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to spearhead hiring initiatives specifically for the Product and Engineering organizations. This position requires close collaboration with executive leadership to architect and execute recruiting strategies that support the rapid scaling of the company's AI-powered healthcare revenue cycle management platform. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring that talent acquisition functions as a core driver of organizational growth. What you'll do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment lifecycle for all Engineering and Product vacancies, while providing secondary support for Go-to-Market and Operations hiring needs across the organization.
- Partner intimately with VPs, Directors, and hiring managers to forecast headcount plans, calibrate role requirements, and define detailed ideal candidate profiles that align with technical roadmaps.
- Construct and nurture robust talent pipelines through proactive, highly personalized sourcing outreach, leveraging both traditional channels and experimental engagement tactics to reach passive candidates.
- Orchestrate the complete candidate experience, managing the process from initial screening and technical assessments through final interview panels, reference checks, and complex offer negotiations.

- Develop and manage employer branding initiatives specific to the technical community, including tech talks, open-source contributions, and conference presence to elevate Adonis's profile.
- Mentor and upskill junior recruiters or sourcers on the team, establishing best practices for technical screening, boolean search logic, and candidate closing techniques.
- Navigate competing priorities and shifting business needs with agility, reprioritizing search allocation in real-time as product strategy evolves or funding milestones are reached.
- Ensure strict compliance with hiring regulations and internal equity guidelines, maintaining meticulous documentation for audit readiness and fair hiring practices.
- Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and source-of-hire quality to present quarterly business reviews to the leadership team.
- Manage relationships with external agency partners and vendor contracts, negotiating terms and holding vendors accountable to SLAs for specialized or executive searches.
