What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to guide project execution and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Manage project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting notes, to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and enhance team collaboration, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, gather lessons learned, and identify opportunities for future enhancements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in project management practices to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or distribution sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus, with a solid understanding of project management frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and solutions is a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, with an understanding of diverse business practices.
- Previous experience in the technology distribution industry is advantageous.
