Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, resources, and deliverables, while effectively communicating these to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, document lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage project budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or digital services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
