What you'll do

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance user experience.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the quality of work remains high.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive design library that includes templates, assets, and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor designs to inform and inspire innovative design solutions.
• Prepare and present design mockups and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval, facilitating a collaborative design process.
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelance designers as needed to execute design projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and email campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of design initiatives, using data to inform future design decisions and strategies.
• Organize and participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest design software and tools, recommending new technologies that could enhance our design capabilities.
• Support the overall creative vision of Actonadu by contributing ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure that all design work adheres to accessibility standards and best practices, making our products inclusive for all users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a design coordination or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools like Sketch or Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to non-designers.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment, demonstrating the ability to work well with diverse teams.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
