As the Regional Franchise Head for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) at Acino, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of our franchise in this dynamic region. What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of the franchise strategy for the META region, ensuring alignment with Acino's global objectives and local market needs.
• Oversee the management of the product portfolio, including lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and market access initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of franchise plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies, to enhance Acino's presence in the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Drive performance management within the franchise team, setting clear objectives, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Develop and implement training programs for sales and marketing teams to ensure they are well-equipped to promote Acino's products effectively.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting franchise performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations for growth.
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that Acino's products are positioned as trusted solutions in the healthcare market.
• Manage the franchise budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Acino and promote our franchise offerings.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare landscape.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on franchise or product management.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing pharmaceutical products in the META region.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and market access dynamics within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the META region to meet with stakeholders and oversee operations.
