What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of data integrity specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Develop and implement robust data governance frameworks that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of data management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality metrics and reporting mechanisms that facilitate ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

• Oversee the implementation of data management systems and tools that enhance data accuracy and accessibility.

• Analyze data integrity issues and develop corrective action plans to address discrepancies and prevent future occurrences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management technologies, integrating relevant innovations into Acino's practices.
• Prepare and present reports on data integrity metrics and initiatives to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for further development.
• Ensure that all data-related activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy standards.
• Foster collaboration with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of data systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data integrity, or a related area, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects related to data governance and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to data integrity, such as GxP, FDA, and EMA guidelines.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient in data management tools and software, with a solid understanding of database systems and data analytics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data integrity issues.

Nice to have

• Certification in data management or data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present data insights effectively.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data analysis purposes.
