- Oversee the implementation of data management systems and tools that enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data integrity-related inquiries, providing expert advice and solutions to stakeholders.
- Analyze data integrity issues and develop corrective action plans to address discrepancies and prevent future occurrences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management technologies, integrating relevant innovations into Acino's practices.
- Prepare and present reports on data integrity metrics and initiatives to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for further development.
- Ensure that all data-related activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy standards.
- Foster collaboration with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of data systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data integrity, or a related area, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects related to data governance and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to data integrity, such as GxP, FDA, and EMA guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in data management tools and software, with a solid understanding of database systems and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data integrity issues.
Nice to have
- Certification in data management or data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present data insights effectively.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data analysis purposes.
