What you'll do

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as microbiology, pharmacy, or engineering; a master's degree or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sterility assurance or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to sterility assurance, including GMP, ISO, and FDA guidelines.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects, with a focus on achieving quality and compliance objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
