What you'll do

• Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, utilizing data-driven methodologies.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce costs across various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute projects aimed at streamlining operations and improving service delivery.
• Lean and Six Sigma principles to facilitate workshops and training sessions for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and report findings to management.
• Create detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts to address operational challenges and develop actionable solutions that prevent recurrence.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on operational challenges, ensuring that improvements align with business objectives.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance, highlighting successes and areas for further enhancement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operational excellence to continuously refine our approach.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development, promoting a strong understanding of operational excellence principles.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align operational goals with overall company objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with performance measurement systems and the ability to develop KPIs that drive operational success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or engineering sectors, particularly in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of software tools for data analysis and process mapping (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Visio).
• Previous experience in a role focused on change management or organizational development.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to our industry.
• Advanced degree in a related field or an MBA.
