What you'll do

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of AI products that meet market demands.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define product specifications and translate complex technical concepts into actionable product features.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for AI product enhancements and new features.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
• Engage with stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and insights that inform product development and improve user experience.
• Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize features for better user engagement.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment on product vision, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create and present product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and specifications, to guide development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or machine learning products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching AI products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in real-world scenarios.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in product management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics).
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus but not required.
