What you'll do
Partner with managers across G&A, R&D, and GTM as the primary HR advisor on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and organizational challenges.
Lead complex workplace investigations and employee relations cases, coordinating with HRBPs, Legal, and business leaders to achieve compliant outcomes.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with managers and business leaders by offering practical guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and change initiatives.
Serve as the central liaison between assigned managers and HR Centers of Excellence, coordinating integrated people solutions across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Legal.
Analyze people data and workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities, then translate findings into actionable recommendations that support business objectives.
Support organizational changes, promotions, transfers, reorganizations, and other workforce planning activities in partnership with HRBPs and business stakeholders.
Drive HR programs and cross-functional initiatives that enhance manager capability, operational excellence, and the overall employee experience.
Identify and simplify processes to improve efficiency and enhance HR service delivery through continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure all HR recommendations, documentation, and actions align with company policies, employment practices, and organizational standards.
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve processes and deliver innovative people solutions.
Demonstrate sound judgment when navigating sensitive employee matters while maintaining strict professionalism and confidentiality.
Collaborate with HR COEs to design and implement learning and development programs that address manager capability gaps.
Own end-to-end advisory responsibilities, escalating complex or strategic matters to the HRBP team as appropriate.
Champion initiatives that promote an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience partnering directly with people managers on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and organizational effectiveness.

Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders across multiple business functions.
Strong understanding of employment practices and HR best practices with sound judgment when navigating sensitive employee matters.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency with Google Workspace; Workday experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve process efficiency and solution design.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Up to 25% travel may be required.
