What you'll do
You will set the roadmap for Solutions Consultant and Overlay enablement from day one, defining priorities and sequencing for maximum impact. You will guide adoption of the GTM Intelligence Platform across sales and pre-sales teams, ensuring consistent and effective usage. You will craft learning journeys tailored to specific roles and complex sales workflows, aligning training with real business challenges. You will ensure technical fluency for the entire product suite as priorities shift, maintaining current knowledge and translating it for diverse audiences. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Solutions and Overlay leadership partners, collaborating closely to align enablement with strategic objectives. You will design content standards that future teams can easily reuse and extend, creating scalable assets and frameworks. You will translate detailed product architecture into clear training for different skill levels, making complex information accessible and actionable. You will monitor progress using defined success metrics and refine programs iteratively, using data to drive continuous improvement. You will own the end-to-end enablement lifecycle, from needs analysis through delivery, measurement, and optimization. You will partner with product teams to provide frontline feedback, influencing product development and positioning based on field insights. You will manage enablement content through digital platforms, ensuring organization, discoverability, and version control. You will facilitate workshops and training sessions, delivering engaging experiences that build confidence and capability. You will identify skill gaps and development needs, recommending targeted interventions to close performance gaps. Requirements
You must bring recent experience from Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineering roles, providing credibility with the teams you enable. You need to work comfortably across multiple products and technical workflows, navigating complexity without requiring constant guidance. You must create programs and processes where no standard structure exists yet, demonstrating initiative and ownership. You should communicate clearly with executive stakeholders in fast moving settings, articulating value and impact succinctly. You must manage competing demands while maintaining focus on strategic objectives, balancing urgent requests with long term goals. You must have the ability to translate technical concepts into practical learning experiences for varied audiences. You should be comfortable operating within a high-growth organization where priorities evolve rapidly. You must possess strong project management skills to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliverables simultaneously. You must have the authorization to work in the United States for this role.
