- Guide six-figure renewals by articulating the measurable business outcomes delivered by ZoomInfo data to stakeholders.
- Lead rigorous data validation exercises that prove the platform's direct link to client revenue and efficiency gains.
- Identify and execute off-cycle expansion opportunities designed to generate six-figure incremental value annually for your portfolio.
- Discover new white-space opportunities within existing accounts through strategic referrals and targeted prospecting initiatives.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to solve complex client challenges, ensuring strict alignment on business objectives and success metrics.
- Act as a consultative and educational partner, guiding organizations through digital transformation with evidence-based insights.
- Confidently discuss intricate technical architectures with IT and GTM leadership to remove barriers and accelerate adoption.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately twenty accounts, each with a headcount exceeding one thousand employees, maintaining meticulous oversight.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret platform usage and derive actionable strategies for account growth.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships, positioning ZoomInfo as an indispensable strategic advisor.
- Drive the collection and analysis of account health metrics to proactively address risks and identify expansion triggers.
- Leverage competitive intelligence to reinforce the unique value proposition of ZoomInfo within key client discussions.
- Own the end-to-end sales process for large-scale renewals and expansions, from discovery to execution.
Requirements
- Possess six or more years of experience closing complex enterprise deals using structured methodologies.
- Demonstrate proven proficiency with MEDDIC practices essential for managing large transactions and mitigating risk.
- Clearly explain how data infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and large language models generate tangible organizational value for clients.
- Engage effectively with C-level stakeholders across complicated decision-making bodies and consensus-driven environments.
- Operate effectively within matrixed environments, managing numerous stakeholders and navigating complex organizational politics.
- Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and energy to work autonomously with disciplined ownership.
- Exhibit resilience and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced remote sales environment.
- Communicate professionally and persuasively in written and verbal formats at an executive level.
