What you'll do
- Oversee the complete campaign development lifecycle, which includes generating lists and segments, testing, deploying, and analyzing email marketing campaigns.
- Design, implement, and enhance CRM campaigns by employing data-driven A/B or multivariate testing methods, utilizing various channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Product Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, Design, and Brand, to brainstorm and execute marketing initiatives independently.
- Monitor email deliverability and maintain health metrics to optimize the frequency and formats of communications.
- Manage CRM performance indicators such as sends, opens, clicks, and downstream effects like sessions, app downloads, and bookings, ensuring that triggers and messages are functioning as intended.
- Drive engagement targets specifically related to bookings, ensuring that marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and refine future marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and project execution.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a data-centric CRM role, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- A proven track record of conceptualizing and executing successful CRM marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with tools like Excel and Looker, to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Extensive experience with the Braze platform, including a solid understanding of HTML.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in ensuring the quality of campaigns through rigorous quality assurance processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and influence colleagues across various departments.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a sense of urgency to tackle challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with SQL and Looker is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience within the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and their application in CRM strategies.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience principles.

Salary Range
The salary for this role in New York City is between $135,000 and $165,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available through variable pay and/or equity, which will be discussed during the hiring process.
