10+ years' experience leading acquisition, performance or growth marketing within fast paced digital businesses is required. Managing multi channel acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing and SEO must be done with proven success.
Optimising marketing investment through data driven decision making and experimentation demonstrates strong commercial acumen. Delivering measurable growth outcomes is achieved by leading and evolving affiliate partnerships. Generating actionable insights is possible using advanced analytics capability with platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Delivering cross functional initiatives results from experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Data and Commercial teams. Influencing senior stakeholders and developing high performing teams stems from a collaborative leadership style. Consistent application of excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic planning skills is necessary.
