Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is required as specified in the job details. Experience in strategic account management, key account management, field sales, business development or merchant growth is expected as a core requirement.
A proven track record of growing customer portfolios and building long term commercial partnerships must be demonstrated. Understanding of retail, payments, fintech or financial services markets and dynamics shows commercial acumen. Stakeholder interactions consistently apply excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Practical growth strategies are guided by translating data analysis insights into actionable plans.
