To support strategic decision-making, you will partner with analytics colleagues to refine pricing assumptions and improve renewal forecasting accuracy over time. You will also support portfolio health by tracking expiration patterns and flagging accounts needing early intervention or restructuring. also, you will champion feedback from clients, turning their concerns into adjusted terms or new conditions where coverage allows. To ensure operational efficiency, you will choreograph handoffs between sales, compliance, and operations so that renewal insights move smoothly across teams.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must hold at least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance renewals within Canada. You must have a solid understanding of broker workflows, policy documentation, and regulatory expectations for insurance in Canadian markets.
