We are seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Broker to join our Elite Accounts team. This role is not merely a service position; it is a career for a high-performing broker who views themselves as the trusted advisor for their clients. You will report to the Practice Leader and manage a dedicated group of clients, treating every account as a holistic relationship. The position requires year-round stewardship focused on strengthening relationships and maximizing retention through optimized coverage. You will own the full lifecycle of key accounts from initial risk assessment through renewal and ongoing strategic advisory. Success in this role is defined by your ability to act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for our most important commercial clients.
