About the role
You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, data-driven and AI-enabled initiatives across multiple teams and geographies, defining scope, success metrics, and execution while tracking impact. You will collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that directly inform business and product decisions. You will apply AI and GenAI tools to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and build intelligent solutions, evaluating where AI can drive measurable business impact. You will turn raw data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations that leadership can act on with confidence. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Ops, and CS to translate business problems into structured analytical, technical, and execution plans. You will build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks for analytical, technical, and operational initiatives. You will track progress, surface blockers early, and ensure timely delivery across multiple parallel workstreams while establishing processes to improve execution rigor, visibility, and accountability at scale. You will continuously improve how the team uses data, AI, tools, and processes to operate more efficiently and effectively, driving measurable outcomes for the business.

- Leverage strong analytical reasoning to prioritize tasks, manage trade-offs, and maintain momentum in fast-evolving environments.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for cross-functional stakeholders, aligning expectations and resolving dependencies proactively.
- Implement robust tracking mechanisms for projects, ensuring transparency of status, risks, and decisions to all levels of the organization.
- Drive adoption of data and AI practices by creating templates, playbooks, and guidelines that standardize how insights are generated and used.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience managing technical, analytical, and cross-functional programs of significant scope and complexity, with a strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong blend of technical project/program management and analytical thinking, with the ability to lead senior stakeholders and complex delivery independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- Strong AI skills - hands-on experience applying AI/GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI copilots, automation and agentic workflows) to analysis, execution, and decision-making, with a clear understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and practical business applications.
- Exceptional data analysis skills - able to independently structure, query, and interpret large datasets, draw sound conclusions, and translate findings into business decisions. Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Python.
- Deep command of project management fundamentals - scoping, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery execution across large, multi-workstream programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and align internal stakeholders, including senior executives across countries, functions, and levels.
- Ability to break down complex, ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable workplans.
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
- High attention to detail in data validation, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and credibility.
