Zello is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to play a vital role in enhancing data quality and delivering actionable insights that support the company's growth and strategic initiatives. This position involves transforming complex pipeline and CRM data into reliable, accessible information that informs decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. As a key analytical resource, you will ensure the organization has a single source of truth for revenue operations, enabling more accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations, data analysis, and automation, with a focus on improving processes and providing clear, impactful insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of CRM data within HubSpot, including monitoring data flow, optimizing automations, and enforcing data hygiene standards to ensure reliable reporting.
- Develop, update, and manage dashboards and reports for weekly revenue reviews, covering key metrics such as pipeline coverage, stage flow, conversion rates, deal age, and win rates to provide leadership with real-time insights.
- Support forecasting efforts by conducting detailed bottom-up analysis, inspecting pipeline health, and identifying potential risks such as slipped deals, inaccurate pipeline data, or bottlenecks that could impact revenue targets.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and business intelligence tools to uncover trends, patterns, and drivers that influence GTM strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of outbound sales campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), partner initiatives, and general marketing efforts to inform budget allocation and strategic focus.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, translating complex data analyses into clear, concise narratives and presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
- Implement AI and automation solutions to streamline reporting processes, enhance data quality, and support analytical workflows, ensuring the organization leverages the latest technological advancements.
- Assist in designing and refining processes that improve data collection, integration, and reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights as needed to support strategic projects, product launches, or operational improvements.
- Support the onboarding and training of team members on data tools, best practices, and reporting standards to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue processes, including pipeline management, deal review, and forecasting accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of scalable analytics solutions that can evolve with the company's growth and changing needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing CRM data quality or end-to-end revenue reporting, with demonstrable improvements in data hygiene, accuracy, or reporting processes.
- Ability to interpret ambiguous questions and translate them into clear, actionable analyses, including building, testing, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present insights and complex data stories to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, including Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and perform complex calculations.
- Basic SQL skills for data extraction and analysis; familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is required.
- Some experience with Python for analysis or automation tasks is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and marketing automation tools. HubSpot experience is highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role within B2B SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with GTM strategies, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting methodologies.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience applying AI technologies within a revenue or sales tech stack to automate tasks or generate insights.
- Exposure to attribution modeling, cohort analysis, customer lifetime value (LTV), or commission analytics to support sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards relevant to revenue data management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes and priorities.
- Familiarity with other analytics tools or programming languages that support data analysis and automation.
