Collaborate with designers, product managers, and testers to transform abstract concepts into concrete, human-centered features for fitness entrepreneurs.

Write predictable, readable, simple, and flexible code that adheres to architectural standards and supports long-term maintainability.

Improve the scalability and performance of our platform by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient, resilient solutions.

Use cutting-edge Agile and Lean methodologies, supported by DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, to deliver incremental value in short cycles.

Mentor, pair, and delegate to foster professional and technical growth across the team, elevating the collective capability of your peers.

Contribute to an AI-enabled engineering environment by leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT to enhance productivity and software quality.

Demonstrate curiosity and enthusiasm for applying artificial intelligence to software engineering, exploring new workflows and integrations that improve delivery speed and reliability.

Ensure quality and testing principles are upheld by writing comprehensive tests, conducting thorough reviews, and promoting a culture of reliability.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of seven years of industry experience in a software engineering role where you can demonstrate a significant impact on products and teams.

Possess hands-on experience with the Golang programming language, showcasing your ability to write efficient and idiomatic code.

Have solid experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for Amazon Web Services, including services related to compute, storage, and networking.

Show a solid understanding of agile development methods within an Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery environment.

Exhibit strong knowledge of quality assurance and testing principles, including unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development practices.

Have experience working in an AI-enabled engineering environment, utilizing AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Show curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring how AI can be applied to software engineering, including the integration of AI-powered solutions into the development lifecycle.

Be comfortable with learning new technologies and systems, demonstrating resilience and adaptability when facing unfamiliar challenges.
