About the Team
Liftoff believes that exceptional customer outcomes rely on a combination of technical depth and genuine empathy for each partner's distinct challenges. As the platform scales globally, the organization seeks individuals capable of transforming complex systems into practical, working solutions.
You will architect hands-on solutions for top partners, owning complex integrations from discovery through steady state. You translate demanding business requirements into functional systems while coaching peers. This role requires strong customer empathy within mobile advertising environments.
Key Responsibilities
You will design scalable workflows for partner integrations covering onboarding and maintenance phases. Building adapters and tooling will turn intricate requirements into reliable, production-grade services. Refactoring core components will be necessary to handle higher throughput while preserving stability for critical partners.
You will ship integrations using coordinated validation, risk analysis, and phased rollout strategies. Guiding partners through implementation hurdles with clear documentation and responsive communication is essential. Automating detection of integration regressions will reduce manual monitoring and accelerate resolution. Reviewing architectural proposals and tradeoffs will align technical decisions with partner business goals. Collaboration with product and support teams will close gaps in the partner journey and experience.
Requirements
You bring a minimum of 5 years of related experience, with adtech exposure viewed favorably. A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Computer Science, Data, or Analytics background is preferred. You code confidently in at least one language such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
You wield strong SQL abilities along with big data analysis techniques. You practice customer empathy and solve problems with calm, methodical thinking. You analyze complex issues, troubleshoot methodically, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. You operate autonomously with a proactive, cooperative approach on cross-functional teams. You stay curious and enjoy challenges, bringing energy to fast-evolving product landscapes.
Nice to Have
Experience shipping high-volume integrations in regulated environments is valuable. Deep familiarity with mobile advertising ecosystems and measurement concepts is a plus.

Compensation Details
Liftoff offers a total compensation package including equity and health, vision, and dental benefits based on your country of residence. Base compensation ranges from 180,000 USD to 260,000 USD. Specific offers will vary by location and individual qualifications.

Work Location and Travel
This role is eligible for full-time remote work in one of our entities: California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and New York City. Travel expectations require attendance at in-person team gatherings, including project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events, at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.
What you'll do
Liftoff supports advertisers, publishers, game developers, and DSPs in growing revenue from mobile apps. The team builds tools that simplify market entry and ongoing monetization.
People analyze user behavior, manage campaigns, and refine product signals. They collaborate across roles to test ideas, share findings, and ship improvements that make the product more reliable and easier to use.
