About the role
As the IV&V Lead for a significant modernization initiative at Xscion, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our large-scale projects. What you'll do
- Lead the IV&V activities for a large-scale modernization program, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IV&V or quality assurance roles, preferably within large-scale IT projects.
- Proven track record of managing IV&V processes in complex environments, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to IV&V.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide clear recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Nice to have
- Certifications in IV&V, Quality Assurance, or Project Management (e.g., ISTQB, PMP, CMMI).
- Experience in government or defense contracting environments, particularly with compliance and regulatory standards.

- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting for automation testing (e.g., Python, Java).
