What you'll do

• Lead the IV&V activities for a large-scale modernization program, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IV&V or quality assurance roles, preferably within large-scale IT projects.
• Proven track record of managing IV&V processes in complex environments, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to IV&V.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Certifications in IV&V, Quality Assurance, or Project Management (e.g., ISTQB, PMP, CMMI).
