Practical notes
This role operates under a hybrid policy with approximately four in-office days per week. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. Typical interview steps include leadership hiring processes that feature a strategy case, a people scenario, and a values conversation. Candidates may be asked to turn around a struggling team or plan for growth to demonstrate strategic thinking. Past results are examined closely, especially how decisions were made and their consequences. Preparing two or three decision stories with numbers and lessons is the best use of time to succeed in the interview stage.

The team leverages technology and insights to deliver solutions that are both innovative and practical. Ethical decision-making and transparency are core to how the team operates and builds client confidence.
Questions to ask
Good questions to ask the employer in the interview: what does success look like in the first six months, how is the team structured, what is the current biggest challenge, and how are decisions made. Asking about growth paths and the review process is also well received to understand long-term opportunities. Employers expect questions, and good ones show preparation and genuine interest in the role. Candidates should inquire about metrics for success and how performance is evaluated over time. Understanding the team dynamics and leadership style can provide clarity on day-to-day expectations.
